Spiritual Vow Renewal
A ceremony to honour your journey, celebrate who you've become, and consciously choose the path you wish to continue walking together.
Every moment is a good moment to celebrate love.
But some are more challenging than others — after a hardship lived together as a couple, be it an illness, the loss of a loved one, or a child leaving home.
All these moments — the beginnings and endings of new chapters — can and should be celebrated as a couple, or with the people around you. Celebrations like these revive the memory of our intentions from when we first married, or first came together.
We travel back through our relationship and bring long-forgotten emotions back to life. It's the rescue of a happiness lived in the monotony of everyday life, which gains new meaning through ritual.
It's from all of this — and with close attention to the couple's intention — that I design a ritual celebrating rebirth, through words and practices agreed upon beforehand with the couple. A vow renewal is a milestone in our lives; it's the celebration of life together, in a moment of connection and love.
Words from those who lived this experience
"Cátia is an incredible woman: centered, intuitive, loving, nurturing, connected to the Divine... We decided she should be the one to celebrate our ceremony marking 13 years of physical, chemical, and spiritual union — and it truly became our formal wedding in front of all our children... There are no words to describe the magic of that moment, and its connection to our life story! Immense gratitude, dear Cátia, for doing everything with so much love!"

Every ceremony is created from scratch and inspired by your unique story.
You may choose to renew your vows, exchange rings, involve your children, family or friends, and include meaningful symbols and rituals that reflect who you are as a couple.
Nature, the four elements, music, silence, words and symbolic gestures all become part of a deeply personal celebration, thoughtfully designed to honour who you are today and the journey you wish to continue together.
What Does a Vow Renewal Ceremony Look Like?
Words from those who lived this experience
"Our ceremony was held by a Being who vibrates on the same frequency as we do. A Being who, the moment we met her, we knew we'd share a moment like this together. A huge thank you to dear Cátia for the magnificent way she held this time and this space. Thank you for every word you chose to welcome us. Thank you for accepting this challenge of ours. Thank you for being part of our story, for opening the sacred portal marking the beginning of the end of our third cycle in unity. If you've ever thought about having a more spiritual ritual, Cátia is, without a doubt, one of the right people to hold it for you."

How Does the Process Work?
1. First Contact
Get in touch via the contact form, social media or email. We'll schedule a discovery call to get to know each other, introduce my approach, and see if we're the right fit.
2. Proposal & First Meeting
You'll receive a personalised proposal and, once accepted, we'll schedule our first online meeting to explore your story and the intention behind your vow renewal ceremony.
3. Preparation & Guidance
Throughout the process, we'll meet online two or three times to explore your journey together, refine every detail, and create a ceremony that truly reflects who you are.
4. The Ceremony
I'll arrive around one hour before the ceremony to prepare the space and ensure everything is ready. The ceremony itself usually lasts between 45 minutes and 1 hour.
5. Integration
Two to three months later, we'll meet again for an integration session—a moment to revisit the experience, reflect on the meaning of the ritual, and embrace this new chapter of your lives together.
